I will definitely utilize this system as a networking tool.  Contacts are easy to set up and manage using Outlook.  Another tip if you use Outlook and have a Blackberry is to sync the follow-up calls from your calendar in Outlook to your phone.  

Thank you notes are a much needed form of business etiquette that is often forgotten about.   Thanks for sharing these worthwhile and useful tips.
