Jane, making a difference in your client's life and truly affecting change is really what it's all about, isn't it?

For those of us in the services business, what we sell is sometimes intangible, i.e. our client's can't see, feel, and touch it. We're not selling widgets! So, value received is not always clear at the outset. What they are buying - and yes, you are absolutely worth what you charge for your expertise, wisdom, and coaching - is change and the impetus to get to a "future state".

As a service provider, we don't always know the full impact and benefit our services have on a client's life unless they share this with us. I'm always thrilled to hear that work we have done has landed one of our client's a new customer! Hearing this helps to make the intangible tangible -- it's not a widget, it's better:-)

Thanks for your wisdom and sharing!
