I couldn’t agree more about paying attention to the details not only with your products but service as well. When customers purchase my baby journal, I ask if they would like it gift-wrapped or if they’d like a note from them included. They are usually surprised at me asking this. I think they simply expect me to “box it and ship it.” It’s the little things you do for your customers that keep them coming back.
