I couldn&#039;t agree more about paying attention to the details not only with your products but service as well. When customers purchase my baby journal, I ask if they would like it gift-wrapped or if they&#039;d like a note from them included. They are usually surprised at me asking this. I think they simply expect me to &quot;box it and ship it.&quot; It&#039;s the little things you do for your customers that keep them coming back.]]></description>
