Jane, this post resonates with me more than ever today! Years ago, I was told that "one day I'd speak in front of large groups of women"...I laughed at that, having no speaking experience other than small corporate presentations in which I felt comfortable, but in a male-dominated culture, they were hardly "large groups of women!"

Little by little as I worked on my small business, Frittabello baby gifts, and began doing small speaking events, I could see that this vision was "in the works". With two children at home still, like Susan, I often wonder when 'my time' is coming as well, but I know this. If I hadn't taken those earlier baby steps and continue to take them, then there'd be no chance of any vision coming true.

My sincere congratulations to Susan and my gratitude to you for posting this inspiring story.
